1. Squats

3. Deadlifts

PureGym advises gripping weights in both hands with palms facing your body for the dumbbell deadlift. 

4. Pull-ups

Stand under the bar for this complex exercise. Sweat App advises grabbing the bar with your palms facing front and hands just outside shoulder-width.

5. Dumbbell Bench Presses

This final exercise requires two dumbbells and a training bench on your back

Straighten both arms to keep weights above your torso. Your palms should face front.
